1   As the weather at this time of year is unpredictable you may require to have to provide some weather protection such as a gazebo.

2   All carvers are expected to carry public liability insurance and confirm same

​

3   If you need to use electric tools, please ensure you provide suitable means of generating the necessary power 

​

4   All carvers are expected to wear suitable protective clothing at all times when carving

​

5   Please assist us by doing your best to keep your carving area tidy and it would be appreciated if you could help with basic clearing of your  area after the event we will supply bags

​

6   If you are arriving on the Friday evening we will endeavour to make parking of motorhomes, caravans etc available in the field. There will be a dedicated carvers compound

​

7   We will provide breakfasts (Rolls and bacon) tea and coffee from 8.30 till 9.30, we will also provide a packed lunch in the Bowling Club for carvers, families and sponsors from 12.00 till 1.00 there is no charge for this

​

8   We usually organise a get together for the carvers and families on the Friday evening in one of the local hotels who serve good "pub grub" at very reasonable prices (It would be great to know numbers before the date so that they can be prepared) We can confirm later on the group page
