10.00 Carvers begin carving

12.00 Lunch break for carvers and sponsors  

 1.00  Carvers resume second carving session

 3.15  Complete carvings and break

 3.30  Carvings are judged 

 4.00  Quick carving for 30 minutes - carvings sold for local benefit 

 4.30  Auction of all carvings
